Communication & Graphics Designer

As a Senior Graphic Designer at Caresmith, you will be responsible for engaging in design activities that contribute to the brand's visual identity. Your role will involve creating content for various platforms such as Print Packaging, E-commerce, Social Media (including Instagram and Facebook), Website, and E-mailers (Newsletter). You will be tasked with producing visual elements like illustrations, graphics, and mockups that align with the brand's identity. Additionally, you will play a key role in ideating and developing product line branding, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines by both internal and external teams. Collaboration with 3D Visualisers will be crucial for achieving desired outcomes, as you will provide art direction to meet brand standards effectively. A significant part of your responsibilities will involve staying updated on emerging technologies in new media and utilizing design programs like Illustrator and Photoshop for creating art and copy layouts. You will also be expected to guide junior designers, streamline design processes for improved efficiency, and contribute to enhancing brand guidelines and internal SOPs. To excel in this role, you should possess a strong, clean visual design sense, proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator, and a passion for people-centered design with a focus on visual communication. Your creative flair, ability to conceptualize, create, and execute visual design stages, along with excellent communication skills, typography, typesetting, and layout skills will be essential for success.
