Job Description

Role Overview: You are an experienced and dynamic General Sales Manager responsible for leading PAN-India sales operations in the prefabricated construction industry. Your main responsibilities include driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, managing a nationwide sales team, and implementing strategic sales and marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Lead, mentor, and manage the PAN-India sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets. - Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market presence and increase revenue. - Identify new business opportunities, key accounts, and emerging market segments. - Build relationships with contractors, architects, EPC companies, industrial clients, and corporate buyers. - Conduct high-level meetings, presentations, and negotiations with key stakeholders. - Drive large project acquisitions and long-term contracts across regions. - Ensure smooth coordination between sales, design, engineering, and execution teams. - Track team performance, set KPIs, and implement improvement plans. - Review pipelines, forecasts, and region-wise performance regularly. - Implement effective sales and marketing techniques for lead generation and brand positioning. - Collaborate with marketing teams for campaigns, exhibitions, and promotions. - Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer feedback to refine strategies. - Prepare sales reports, MIS, and presentations for management. - Maintain accurate CRM entries, client data, and sales documentation. Qualification Required: - Strong understanding of prefabricated structures, PEB, modular buildings, and industrial construction. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Proven track record of handling multi-location sales teams. - Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to drive large-value deals and manage long sales cycles.,
