Skills and Qualifications

• 15-20 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the Indian market.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in managing diverse sales teams.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform decision-making.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Strong understanding of CRM software and sales analytics tools.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
