General Manager - Sales

As a General Manager - Sales in our company, your role will involve successfully scaling a B2B SaaS business, particularly in the manufacturing and automotive verticals. You should have hands-on experience in enterprise sales, creating high-performance sales teams, and managing the entire sales cycle from strategy development to closing deals and renewals. Your strategic thinking, operational skills, and deep understanding of customers will be crucial to driving our growth in India and expanding into global markets. Key Responsibilities: - Own the full P&L for Sales, which includes managing the pipeline, achieving targets, and executing revenue plans. - Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing Enterprise Sales team that includes both hunters and farmers. - Develop and implement go-to-market strategies, with a focus on the manufacturing and automotive sectors. - Design and implement scalable sales processes, ensure CRM adoption, and establish performance frameworks. - Drive customer acquisition, engage with CXO-level executives, practice solution selling, and expand existing accounts. - Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Tech teams to enhance offerings based on client feedback. - Lead negotiations with key accounts, manage enterprise contracts, and establish long-term partnerships. - Prepare sales forecasts, dashboards, and management information systems for leadership and investor communications. Qualifications Required: - 8-12 years of experience in a similar role within SaaS, ESG, Manufacturing, or Automotive industries. - Proven track record of scaling a B2B SaaS business, preferably in manufacturing and automotive verticals. - Strong expertise in enterprise sales, team leadership, and end-to-end sales cycle management. - Strategic thinking, operational execution skills, and a deep understanding of customer needs. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with CXO-level executives.,
