Role & responsibilities Administration at factory level Must be aware of various statutory compliances such as PF, ESCI, and as per the factory act Overseeing the daily operations of non-technical departments such as Office, Despatch, Security Implementing House keeping Coordinating with HO for Monthly Attendance and Salary Communication between Factory and HO Admin and HR HR responsibility of recruiting manpower for Factory Appraisal and development of existing Employees Preferred candidate profile At least 5 years of experience as Sr Executive - Factory Administration and HR at a MSME factory with a strength of 125 persons Must have good people skill Must be conversant with the latest IT trends for communication Must be proficient with MS office - Word, Excel Must have a proven track record of improvements established in the previous employment
