Position: General Manager – Finance & Accounts

Reports To: Managing Director / CEO
Compensation: ₹15–18 LPA

We are committed to quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction. To strengthen our financial operations, we are looking for a seasoned professional to lead our Accounts & Finance function.
Role Overview
The General Manager – Accounts & Finance will be responsible for overseeing all financial and accounting operations of the organization, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across multiple clinics. The role involves managing the accounts & finance team, implementing best practices, optimizing cash flow, and providing strategic financial insights to management.
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee end-to-end accounting, financial reporting, and compliance across all branches.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and financial analysis.
  • Supervise vendor payments, billing, collections, and reconciliation processes.
  • Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, and other statutory regulations.
  • Prepare and present monthly MIS, P&L, and performance reports to management.
  • Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and regulatory bodies for audits and assessments.
  • Drive cost control initiatives and ensure financial discipline across departments.
  • Lead and mentor the Accounts & Finance team to ensure timely, accurate work delivery.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA in Finance (CA preferred but not mandatory)
  • Experience: 10-15+ years in accounting and finance, with at least 5+ years in a senior managerial role.
  • Industry Preference: Multi-location business
  • Technical Skills: Strong command of Tally / ERP systems, Excel, and financial analysis tools.

  • Updated knowledge on Tally, Excel, GST, TDS, Income tax, Labour Laws and other compliances
  • High integrity and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and decision-making ability
