𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲

We’re looking for a seasoned finance leader to head our Finance & Accounts function, drive financial discipline, and partner with leadership on strategic growth initiatives. The ideal candidate is both hands-on and strategic, with deep expertise in compliance, budgeting, and financial planning, and the ability to mentor a growing finance team.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

 • Strategic Finance

 • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cost control across business verticals.

 • Design decision-ready financial dashboards for the MD/CEO.

 • Support business planning, expansion, and investment decisions.

𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 & 𝗚𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲

 • Manage statutory filings, GST, taxation, FEMA, and foreign remittances.

 • Ensure strong internal controls and compliance frameworks.

𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝗰𝘂𝗺𝗲𝗻

 • Handle vendor negotiations, credit control, and margin optimization.

 • Balance risk and growth, especially for new market expansions and IPO readiness.

𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆 & 𝗦𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀

 • Champion finance automation using tools like Tally, Zoho Books, or ERP systems.

 • Build scalable systems and processes aligned with the company’s growth vision.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿

 • 12–18 years of experience in Finance & Accounts (preferably in hospitality, trading, or distribution).

 • A CA or MBA (Finance) with strong commercial and strategic exposure.

 • Strong command over FEMA, foreign remittance, import/export, budgeting & forecasting.

 • A team builder — able to train, delegate, and build accountability-driven culture.

 • Confident communicator — comfortable engaging with banks, auditors, investors, and international partners.

𝗙𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝟲–𝟭𝟮 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵𝘀 – 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲

 • Streamline financial reporting (MIS, dashboards, cost centers).

 • Strengthen internal controls, credit policies, and compliance systems.

 • Prepare the company for fundraising or IPO-readiness.

 •  Free up leadership from day-to-day finance — drive exception-based reporting.
