Key Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner to the MD across key functions:

  Marketing

  ,

  Operations

  ,

  Production

  ,

  HR

  ,

  Finance

  ,

  Quality

  ,

  NPD

  , and

  Administration

• Track key projects, monitor departmental KPIs, and ensure timely execution and follow-ups
• Prepare business reports, review presentations, and executive dashboards
• Manage MD’s calendar, meetings, travel plans, and assist in decision-making processes
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion
• Provide support for high-priority initiatives, business reviews, and special projects

Required Skills

• Strong analytical and organizational abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication in

  English

  and

  Hindi

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project tracking tools
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Compensation

• ₹4 to ₹6 LPA (based on experience and suitability)
• Higher compensation can be considered for exceptional candidates with strong CXO-level exposure and relevant industry experience.
