About the Role:

Samskara Resorts is looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to the Managing Director

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate the Managing Director’s daily schedule, meetings, and travel
• Assist in communication and correspondence with internal teams, vendors, and government departments
• Handle documentation, filing, and follow-ups related to administrative, legal, and compliance matters
• Prepare reports, presentations, and briefs for management review
• Coordinate project and operational activities across departments
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all tasks
• Support sales, marketing, and business development functions when required
• Take ownership of special projects and other responsibilities as assigned by the Managing Director

Preferred Background:

Candidates with experience as:

• Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to Senior Management
• Project Coordinator / Office Manager
• General Administration or Business Operations roles

Requirements:

• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Strong command over English and Hindi (written and verbal)
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain discretion
• Proficiency in MS Office and documentation
• Prior experience in hospitality or project-based environments preferred

Compensation:

Salary will be commensurate with ability and experience
