Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven VP of Sales to lead our sales strategy across existing and upcoming resorts. This is a high-impact role requiring a combination of strategic thinking, deep market knowledge, and hands-on execution. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in luxury hotel sales, particularly weddings and events, and the ability to deliver commercially successful sales packages that outperform market benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities:• Develop and execute the overall sales strategy for Samskara Resorts, with a focus on driving revenue per available room (RevPAR) above market averages in Jaipur and Pushkar.• Lead the sales team in achieving and exceeding targets across all business segments, including weddings, events, corporate, leisure, and group bookings.• Design and implement innovative, commercially viable packages and offerings that attract high-value clientele.• Build and maintain strong relationships with wedding planners, event organizers, corporate clients, travel agents, and other key partners.• Provide actionable market insights, competitive analysis, and pricing strategies to maximize profitability.• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and revenue management teams to align sales initiatives with overall brand strategy.• Represent Samskara Resorts at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums to expand brand presence and business opportunities.• Mentor, inspire, and grow a high-performing sales team across multiple locations.
