Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests with a refined sense of hospitality and attention to detail
• Manage check-in, check-out, and guest service procedures efficiently
• Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints with tact and empathy
• Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and other departments to ensure seamless guest satisfaction
• Maintain accurate guest records, billing, and reservation details
• Uphold grooming, communication, and service standards befitting a 5-star environment
• Support the Front Office Manager and assist with VIP handling and daily reporting

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management preferred
• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in the hospitality industry
• Positive attitude, team spirit, and commitment to guest excellence
