Your Role as CMO

We're looking for a dynamic and forward-thinking marketing leader to drive our Sales, Marketing, and Business Development efforts—both in India and across international markets.

You will report directly to the CEO and be instrumental in shaping the growth trajectory of the foundry division, including product diversification, client acquisition, and strategic market expansion.

• Accelerated revenue growth in global and domestic markets

• Entry into new product lines and material categories

• A culture of high performance across the Sales & BD team

• Strong, long-term relationships with key customers and partners

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute scalable go-to-market strategies

• Identify and explore new markets, technologies, and applications (e.g., aluminium, forgings)

• Lead and mentor cross-functional commercial teams

• Represent the company at key industry events, trade fairs, and exhibitions

• Build systems for sales forecasting, analytics, and performance monitoring

• Partner in long-term strategy planning and investment decisions
