With over 30 years of legacy, we are one of India’s largest Machined Casting Foundries serving global clients across core industrial sectors. We specialize in Grey Cast Iron, SG Iron, and Alloy Steel castings (5 kg to 55,000 kg) through no-bake and shell moulding processes.

𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗮𝘀 𝗖𝗕𝗢
We are seeking a strategic, growth-focused leader to head our domestic and international Sales, Marketing, and Business Development efforts. This is a critical leadership position reporting to the CEO, with direct impact on expansion and revenue growth.
𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗰𝘁
• Lead revenue growth across global and Indian markets
• Drive diversification into new products and materials
• Build and lead a high-performing sales and BD team
• Strengthen key customer relationships and strategic alliances
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
• Develop and implement scalable sales and BD strategies
• Identify new market opportunities and allied technologies (aluminum, forging, etc.)
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams
• Represent the company at industry forums, expos, and trade shows
• Implement systems for sales forecasting, reporting, and performance monitoring
• Collaborate on long-term planning and investments
𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗲
• Education: B.E. + MBA (or equivalent PG degree from a reputed institute)
• Experience: 15–20 years, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role within foundry, machining, auto components, or engineering manufacturing
• Proven expertise in international business development and B2B sales
• Deep understanding of casting processes and industrial applications
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills
