Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Planning & Strategy

• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business goals.
• Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.

2. Accounting & Compliance

• Ensure accurate accounting as per applicable standards (Ind AS/IFRS).
• Oversee statutory compliance including GST, Income Tax, RERA, and other regulatory requirements.
• Finalization of Balance Sheet and ensure compliance with all statutory requirements.

3. Project Finance

• Evaluate project feasibility and financial viability.
• Monitor cost control and profitability for ongoing projects.

4. Audit & Risk Management

• Coordinate internal and external audits.
• Implement robust internal controls to mitigate financial risks.

5. Stakeholder Management

• Interact with investors, lenders, and regulatory authorities.
• Support senior leadership in strategic decision-making.

6. SAP Implementation

• Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP (FI/CO modules) for finance operations.
• Ensure smooth migration from legacy systems and train team members.

7. IPO Implementation

• Drive IPO readiness and execution in coordination with senior management and external advisors.
• Ensure compliance with SEBI and other regulatory requirements.
• Manage financial due diligence, disclosures, and investor presentations.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of real estate finance, project costing, and revenue recognition.
• Expertise in taxation, compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience in SAP implementation and ERP systems.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in advanced Excel and financial modeling.

Preferred Background

• Experience in large-scale residential/commercial real estate projects.
• Exposure to fundraising, joint ventures, investor relations, and IPO processes.
