PROFILE-

1. LAND ASSEMBLY AND SURVEY OF THE SITE-

• Coordinaon with Legal team for khasra details and site profile to arrange for survey of the site.

1. CONCEPT-

• Assessment of market and figure out the demand of the with Sales team.
• Development of project concept with the support of design architect and internateams accordingly.
• Finalizaon with the discussion with Management.
• Area finalizaon with sales team and Management.

1. SANCTION-

• Analyzaon of project with respect to building byelaws and norms and get preparate it accordingly.
• Coordinaon with local authority and BD Team for delivering required informaon in process the approval and all NOCs.
• Discussion on BOQ generaon and evoluon with structure and planning.
• Discussion and conclusion with IMCM for project feasibility.
• Providing data for RERA registraon including all drawings & area charts.

1. MARKETING COLLATERALS-

• Calculang and finalizaon of sales areas with Sales team.
• Coordinaon with finance and accounts teams for financial report of the project and finalizaon of project cost.
• Coordinaon for render unit plans, site plans, views and walkthrough with respecve consultants.
• Finalizaon of all Amenies.
• Review of Brochure in all aspects.
• Presentaon preparaon for pre sales working.
• Explanaon of the project with markeng agencies & signage agencies.

1. CONSULTANT MANAGEMENT

• Coordinaon with Management for finalizaon of consultants.
• Project coordinaon with various consultant to deliver construcon (GFC) drawings for site execuon.
• Internal coordinaon with MEPF Team to freeze all services related issues.
• Vigilant on drawings to make the brochure data intact.
• Connuous planning of visits of consultant to site issues and site coordinaon.
• Guiding consultant as per bye laws.
• Review sample finishes, sample flat and presentaons.
• Acons on input of management for design, finishes and details.
• Development of few drawings if required to fulfil site requirements.

1. SITE MANAGEMENT

• Site supervision in terms of design and solve design related issues.
• Managing melines from consultant as per site schedules from Site team.
• Rigorous site visits to solve all issues on the spot as well as connecon withconsultants.
• Drawing discussion with site team.
• Helping site team in generang RFIs for problems.
• Pushing concern persons for any delayed or stopped work.

1. VENDOR MANAGEMENT

• Coordinaon for all vendors requirement with Planning team.
• Coordinaon and finalizaon of material finalizaon with Purchase team.
