Job Description We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architect to join our team. You will work closely with clients, engineers, contractors, and internal teams to bring architectural visions to life. Key Responsibilities Meet with clients to determine project objectives, requirements, and budget constraints. Prepare and present feasibility reports and design proposals to clients. Develop architectural designs, plans, and highly detailed drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) and building information modeling (BIM) software. Ensure all designs comply with state and local building codes, zoning regulations, and quality standards. Collaborate with structural engineers, mechanical, and electrical professionals to integrate all building systems into a cohesive design. Prepare detailed construction documents, specifications, and contracts for building contractors. Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and quality, and resolve any issues that may arise during the building process. Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to meet deadlines and client expectations. Provide leadership and mentorship to junior architectural staff and interns (if applicable to the role). Required Skills and Qualifications Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution. Experience: Proven experience in architectural design and project management, with a strong portfolio of relevant projects. Technical Skills: Proficiency in architectural software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, Adobe Creative Suite). Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant industry regulations and quality standards. Soft Skills: Excellent oral and written communication, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail. Collaboration: Ability to work effectively within a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team environment and manage client relationships.
