Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of real estate finance, project costing, and revenue recognition. Expertise in taxation, compliance, and regulatory frameworks. Experience in SAP implementation and ERP systems. Excellent leadership, analytical, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in advanced Excel and financial modeling.
