Job Description

Candidate Specification& Job Responsibilities:

Candidate should have 15 - 20 years of relevant experience in R2R
CA Qualification is preferred
Own end-to-end R2R processes: General Ledger, Intercompany, Payroll, Fixed Assets, Financial Close, and Reporting
Ensure compliance with Accounting Standards (GAAP, IFRS) and regulatory requirements
Strong exposure to ERPs like Oracle, SAP, HFM, BPC, Blackline, Azure, Power BI, Alteryx, etc Manage peoples performance, recruitment, productivity, and appraisals
Drive process re-engineering, transitions, and project management for operational excellence
Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders for KPI governance, audits, and contract amendments
Champion transformation, automation, and continuous improvement leveraging ERP and analytics toolsStrong domain knowledge in Accounting Standards (GAAP, IFRS) with prior experience
Hands-on exposure to ERP platforms (SAP ECC/S4HANA, Oracle, HFM, BPC) and tools like Blackline, Azure, Power BI, Alteryx
Excellent soft skills: stakeholder management, presentation, articulation, and multitasking
Proven experience in client-facing roles, KPI governance, audits, and business contract management
Expertise in project management, transition, and process transformation initiatives
