Key Responsibilities

Strategic Financial Leadership

  • Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
  • Strengthen internal controls, compliance, and risk management.
  • Provide insights through variance analysis and MIS reporting for decision-making.

Accounting & Compliance

  • Oversee complete accounting cycle: Trial Balance, P&L, Balance Sheet, and audit coordination.
  • Ensure statutory compliance and timely filings.
  • Maintain robust documentation and filing systems.
  • Tally Prime

    for day-to-day accounting.

Cash Flow & Treasury Management

  • Manage cash flow planning and working capital optimization.
  • Build and maintain strong banking relationships.
  • Negotiate credit terms and pricing with suppliers to improve margins.

Process Improvement & Automation

  • Identify and implement simple automation solutions (Excel templates, digitisation, checklists).
  • Drive efficiency in financial and administrative processes.

Administrative Oversight

  • Supervise travel bookings, vendor management, and employee reimbursements.
