You will lead the design and creative vision across all event and experiential projects, from brand experiences and launches to themed celebrations and immersive installations.

What you will do:

• Dream, sketch, argue, refine, repeat. Then deliver something unforgettable.
  
• Build and mentor a design team that doesnt just make things look pretty, they make them mean something.
  
• Create bold, cohesive visual worlds for brand launches, experiences, and environments.
  
• Collaborate with producers, strategists, and clients who speak the language of possibility.
  
• Spot trends before they trend materials, textures, light, sound, stories.
  
• Bring polish to chaos, and imagination to process.

You, in a Nutshell

• 15+ years of doing the thing , event design, spatial design, experiential marketing, art direction and still hungry for what’s next.
  
• You speak fluent Photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp, 3D Max but your true medium is imagination.
  
• You understand scale, drama, and detail and when to dial each up.
  
• You can lead creatives with empathy, direction, and the occasional pep talk that starts with “Okay, hear me out”
  
• You care deeply about the work and not just how it looks, but how it feels.
