Visualizer / Art Director (Exhibitions & Experiential Design)

About the Role

We are looking for a Visualizer / Art Director who can translate ideas into powerful visual stories. This role is for someone who doesn’t just design, but thinks visually, builds concepts from scratch, and gives direction to how a space, brand, or exhibition should look and feel. You will work closely with the design, production, and client-facing teams to shape concepts and guide execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead conceptualization and visual direction for exhibition stands, brand spaces, and experiential designs
• Develop strong design narratives, mood boards, reference decks, and concept presentations
• Create and oversee 2D graphics, layouts, and visual elements for exhibition environments
• Guide and mentor 2D graphic designers, ensuring design consistency and quality
• Translate client briefs into clear visual concepts while maintaining brand guidelines
• Ensure strong typography, color theory, layout balance, and visual hierarchy across all designs
• Collaborate with production, fabrication, and execution teams to ensure concepts are practical and achievable
• Review and refine designs based on internal feedback and client inputs
• Stay updated with design trends, materials, and visual styles relevant to exhibitions and branding

Required Skills & Expertise

• Strong conceptual thinking and visual storytelling ability
• Excellent understanding of typography, composition, color, and branding
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (3D knowledge is a plus but not mandatory)
• Ability to balance creativity with functionality and timelines
• Strong presentation and communication skills to explain concepts clearly
• Good eye for detail with the ability to maintain design quality under deadlines

Portfolio Requirement

• Must have a well-maintained portfolio showcasing:
• Concept-driven projects
• Visual direction and design thinking
• Typography and layout strength
• Exhibition, branding, or spatial design work (preferred)

Experience & Background

• 3–6 years of experience as a Visualizer, Senior Graphic Designer, or Art Director
• Experience in exhibitions, events, branding, or experiential design will be a strong advantage
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Even though the salary is mentioned but the budget is still open can fluctuate based on the expertise

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
