Event Production Manager

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Event Production Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute end-to-end production for exhibitions, corporate events, and large-scale setups. The role requires strong vendor handling, technical knowledge, and on-ground operational expertise to ensure seamless event execution.

Roles & Responsibilities

• End-to-end event production planning and execution
• Vendor identification, management, and negotiation
• Coordination of fabrication, AV, sound, and lighting teams
• On-ground supervision of setup, show days, and dismantling
• Venue recce and technical feasibility assessment
• Creation and management of production budgets, timelines, and BOQs
• Procurement of materials and equipment required for execution
• Labour and crew planning, allocation, and supervision
• Health, safety, and compliance management on site
• Real-time troubleshooting during event days
• Ensuring quality standards and timelines are maintained
• Post-event dismantling, documentation, and vendor closure
• Coordination with internal design, project, and client servicing teams

Key Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of event production and exhibition setup
• Experience in vendor handling and fabrication coordination
• Sound understanding of AV, lighting, and technical services
• Budgeting, BOQ preparation, and cost control
• Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills
• Ability to handle pressure in live event environments
• Strong communication and team management abilities

Preferred Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in event production / exhibitions / experiential setups
• Previous experience with an event management company would be a strong plus
• Experience in handling large-scale events, expos, and trade shows is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
