As a Navi Mumbai-based advertising and branding agency, we specialize in developing advertising campaigns, Brand Identity, corporate communication, Packaging Design, and Social Media Marketing. **Key Responsibilities:** - Generate innovative and impactful ideas independently to create compelling advertising campaigns. - Design sketches, storyboards, art layouts to transform client's brief into meaningful visuals and communication. - Lead the design team while being aware of brand guidelines and latest trends to engage the target audiences. - Delegate responsibilities to design team members and provide result-oriented creativity. - Ensure that the designs planned are in line with brand guidelines and industry trends. - Supervise daily workflow, manage project workloads, and monitor deadlines. - Demonstrate a track record in mainline advertising (print). - Ability to think of multiple different approaches for a given brief. **Qualifications:** - Minimum of 5 years of experience, particularly with, but not limited to print, web, social, and emerging technologies. - Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and After-effects.
