Fulltime Bangalore, Onsite

We are looking for a passionate Frontend Engineer with 2–3 years of experience to help build high-quality, scalable, and user-friendly web applications.
You will work closely with senior engineers, designers, and product managers to implement features, improve performance, and deliver delightful user experiences. This is a hands-on role where you will contribute to frontend development, learn best practices, and grow into a stronger engineer capable of handling complex tasks independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop responsive, performant, and reusable React components for core product features.
  • Collaborate with designers and product managers to translate requirements into clean, maintainable UI implementations.
  • Write clean, modular, and well-tested code following best practices.
  • Assist in implementing SSR/SSG using frameworks like Next.js for SEO and performance benefits.
  • Work with senior engineers on architectural improvements, refactoring, and frontend guidelines.
  • Participate in code reviews to maintain high engineering quality.
  • Debug UI issues, fix bugs proactively, and contribute to improving stability.
  • Use tools like Lighthouse, React Profiler, and Web Vitals to measure and improve frontend performance.
  • Contribute to improving developer experience through better documentation, reusable components, and tooling.
  • Collaborate closely with backend engineers to integrate APIs smoothly.
  • Stay updated with modern frontend tools, frameworks, and performance optimization techniques.
  • Learn and adopt AI-assisted development tools to speed up implementation and improve quality.

Technical Skills

  • 2–3 years of hands-on React.js development experience.
  • Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.
  • Experience with state management tools like Redux, Zustand, Context API, or Recoil.
  • Familiarity with SSR/SSG frameworks such as Next.js.
  • Basic understanding of frontend performance, web vitals, and browser rendering behavior.
  • Experience with modern styling tools like TailwindCSS, CSS Modules, styled-components, or Emotion.
  • Good understanding of API integration, caching, and data-fetching tools such as React Query or SWR.
  • Familiarity with build tools like Webpack, Vite, or Turbopack.
  • Ability to debug UI issues using browser dev tools and profiling tools.
  • Good communication skills able to explain ideas, collaborate, and document clearly.

Good to Have

  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and Git workflows.
  • Experience writing tests using Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.
  • Understanding of web performance best practices.
  • Experience working with design systems or internal component libraries.
  • Familiarity with error monitoring and analytics tools like Sentry, Bugsnag or Mixpanel.
  • Experience with deploying frontend applications.
