POSITION SUMMARY: As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for all technical aspects of integrating and launching our offering, LotusFlare DNO Cloud with a customer from kickoff to go-live. You will have ownership of the technical relationship with customers, making recommendations on security, cost, performance, reliability, operational efficiency and best-practice architectures. Within LotusFlare, you are the advocate for your customers to ensure the successful progression of their project and advancement improvements to LotusFlare DNO Cloud, informing the roadmap of LotusFlare DNO Cloud capabilities and functions. In your role, you ensure project goals are met and customer expectations are fulfilled. You will utilize your solid understanding of project management fundamentals and must be comfortable communicating with senior leadership (with customers and LotusFlare) verbally and in writing. Given your understanding of technology and project goals, you will connect technology to tangible project results in order to deliver valuable business outcomes to LotusFlare DNO Cloud customers. Requirements: 5+ experience in Project Management, Technical Program Management, or similar technical leadership role 3-5 years of experience with software development lifecycle from conception to delivery as a software engineer or a solution architect 5+ years of experience working in the telecommunications industry You are a digital-savvy individual who knows the latest digital technologies and trends; you enjoy experimenting and are open to integrating new digital technologies into everyday work. Roles & Responsibilities: Participate in pre-sales meetings and contract preparations. Ensure that best practices and defined project management processes and standards are adhered to for assigned projects with respect to scoping and planning, issue management, risk management, change management, quality management, etc. Establish the project plan baseline by collaboratively defining and documenting the project scope including key milestones and dependencies. Determine and define clear deliverables as well as roles and responsibilities for all assigned project team members. Identify and secure the necessary resources needed to execute the project plan. Work with LotusFlares internal engineering and design teams and externally with customer technical teams to ensure best practices are followed and optimal solutions are selected and developed. Drive project execution: track delivery, take ownership of change management, and proactively seek and resolve blockers. Assign and oversee the daily tasks of LotusFlare personnel assigned to the project while ensuring all team members are working toward established milestones. Conduct regular meetings to determine progress and address any challenges, issues, or questions regarding assigned projects. Prepare and provide periodic updates and status reports to internal and client leaders. Manage UAT and production releases, as well as project handover to our operational support teams. Be a part of a Global Delivery Team, share experiences and develop the PM discipline within LotusFlare with the aim to improve processes, methods and tools with creative ideas. Create and maintain project documentation. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, System Information, Engineering, Business Administration, or any other relevant majors. 5+ years experience in Project Management in a technical and/or software development environment, preferably into the Telecommunications sector and with exposure to Product Engineering teams as well as BSS/OSS development and integration. Professional Project Management Certification from an accredited institution (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2). Demonstrated deep understanding of foundational Project Management processes, strategies, tools, and methods. A solid foundation in service-oriented and digital technologies to be able to understand service inter-dependencies and technical solutions for multi-tiered systems. Comfort and experience with cross-organizational communication; excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will be responsible for driving the expansion of LotusFlares business across Asia Pacific. You will be the leader of LotusFlares sales and business development initiatives in Asia with the goal of adding new accounts to our business in APAC. RESPONSIBILITIES : Enterprise sales position responsible for prospecting, engaging and acquiring and managing new communications service provider clients in Asia Pacific Primary target markets are: Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, Hong Kong and Philippines Develop and maintain relationships with executives in the telecom, media, cloud and system integrator (SI) sectors in Asia.
