The ideal candidate has experience managing WordPress website projects and small teams, and is passionate about helping other engineers learn and grow. The ideal candidate enjoys leading troubleshooting efforts on key problems, and is passionate about learning new technical concepts across the software engineering continuum. Skills: Expertise Required: WordPress stack HTML5/CSS3/JS PHP Familiarity Required: MySQL/MariaDB Common WordPress Plugins Gravity Forms Advanced Custom Fields Elementor Basic Web Integration Google Cloud / reCAPTCHA / Maps - familiarity in these products a big plus Experience remotely getting and displaying data via REST APIs Familiarity / Expertise a Plus: DNS A/CNAME records for hosting TXT records for verification MX/DMARC/SPF records for mail HTTPS Advanced Web Integration - Experience remotely posting data from webforms via RESTful APIs NGINX / Apache - General understanding or familiarity with configuration files and service management Qualifications: 2+ yrs experience leading a small development team 5+ years of WordPress experience Experience leading WordPress redesigns Enjoys teaching and mentoring junior engineers Organized - can manage multiple projects at once Strong attention to detail Hungry for opportunities to advance Passion for continuous learning Experience with page builders such as Elementor as plus Note: This role is based out of Gurugram, India and hybrid mode of work.
