Job Title: Consultant Recruiter – Yoga Teachers Duration: 2-3 Months (Contract Role) Location: Remote (India-based preferred) Start Date: Immediate About Us: MyYogaTeacher is a leading health-tech platform connecting certified yoga instructors from India with students across the globe for live, 1-on-1 online sessions. We’re on a mission to make authentic yoga accessible to everyone, and our teacher community plays a critical role in delivering this vision. Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Consultant Recruiter to support our talent acquisition efforts focused on onboarding qualified Yoga teachers to our platform. This is a short-term engagement for 2-3 months, ideal for someone with a strong network in the yoga/wellness space and a proven track record of end-to-end recruitment. Key Responsibilities: Source, screen, and evaluate qualified Yoga teachers based in India Coordinate interviews and assist in the onboarding process Manage applicant tracking and ensure timely communication with candidates Collaborate with the internal team to understand quality benchmarks and hiring targets Leverage online platforms, forums, and networks to expand outreach Maintain candidate pipeline reports and recruitment status updates Requirements: Proven experience in recruiting for wellness, fitness, or education-related roles Strong network or access to potential yoga teaching talent in India Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and meet tight timelines Familiarity with freelance platforms and recruitment tools is a plus Compensation: Fixed monthly retainer or performance-based per-hire payment (to be discussed) How to Apply: If you're interested in this opportunity and can join immediately, please send your resume and a brief summary of relevant experience to swetha.chandran@myyogateacher.com Show more Show less
