We're profitable, fast-growing, and building something meaningful. šŸŽÆ Your Role as a Founding SDR As one of our first hires on the sales team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our outbound sales strategy and pipeline. This isn’t just another SDR role—you’ll work directly with the founders, experiment with new playbooks, and help define how Weekday sells. What You’ll Do Identify and research potential leads across LinkedIn, email, and other channels. Run outbound email and call campaigns to introduce Weekday and spark conversations. Qualify inbound and outbound leads by understanding their hiring needs. Work with founders and sales leadership to iterate on messaging and outreach tactics. Maintain detailed records in CRM tools and track key performance metrics. Share feedback from the field to influence product, marketing, and strategy. āœ… What We're Looking For 1–3 years in Sales Development, Lead Generation, or a related role—ideally in SaaS or B2B tech. Solid understanding of outbound sales and prospecting methodologies. Excellent written and spoken communication skills. Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
