Founding SDR

• Own the top of the sales funnel: research, prospect, and generate new qualified leads among tech startups in the US and India.
• Craft and run highly personalized outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, cold calls).
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule discovery calls for our founder-led sales team.
• Build and maintain our CRM pipeline and sales ops processes from scratch.
• Work directly with the founder on refining ICPs, messaging, and go-to-market playbooks.
• Provide market intelligence and feedback from prospects to shape our product and GTM strategy.

• 1+ years of experience in B2B SaaS/tech sales or business development (early-stage/startup experience is a plus).
• Clear communicator with exceptional written and verbal English skills.
• Gritty and resourceful — you love researching prospects, cold outreach, and opening doors.
• Data-driven mindset and comfort with CRMs, outreach tools, and LinkedIn.
• Ambition to grow quickly into AE/Head of Sales roles as the team scales.
• High ownership and comfort working in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
