At the core of Twinamics is our proprietary DIPPCAA Engine (Data → Insight → Prediction → Prescription → Command → Action → Adaptation). It powers an end-to-end Data-to-Action Infrastructure that connects data, reasons over it, and executes business-critical decisions through AI Employees (AI-CXOs and their Agent Workforce).

What you’ll do:

• Identify & research high-potential accounts (SMEs, enterprises, family businesses).
• Run smart outbound campaigns (calls, email, LinkedIn) that spark curiosity and urgency.
• Qualify leads by uncovering

  pain points around data, inefficiency, and automation gaps

  .
• Personalize outreach based on company research and trigger events.
• Work directly with founders to refine messaging, pitch decks, and outbound strategy.
• Keep clean CRM hygiene and track conversion metrics.
• Share learnings from the field to improve both

  product roadmap

  and

  sales strategy

  .

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years experience in Sales Development / Lead Gen (B2B SaaS/Tech preferred).

• Strong research skills

  — you know how to dig up context and personalize.
• Excellent communication (clear, consultative, and confident).
• Comfortable with cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns.
• Curious mindset — loves asking questions, uncovering problems, and creating urgency.
• Entrepreneurial, scrappy, and motivated by building things

  from the ground up

• Bonus: Experience with international markets (UK, US).
