Role Overview: Breakout is an inbound AI SDR company used by various companies to convert website visitors into potential customers. As the Founding SDR to AE, you will play a crucial role in developing Breakout's go-to-market strategy. Your responsibilities will include targeting focus accounts, researching prospects, creating personalized sequences, and scheduling sales calls. You will collaborate closely with the founder to iterate quickly, learn from failures, and ultimately secure deals. Key Responsibilities: - Nurture target account lists and schedule qualified sales calls - Conduct research on companies and curate high-intent prospect lists - Design and implement multi-touchpoint outbound campaigns - Gain a deep understanding of customer GTM challenges and position Breakout as the solution - Collaborate with Marketing & Product teams to enhance targeting and outbound playbooks - Assist in outlining scalable sales processes for Breakout's future growth Qualifications Required: - Previous experience as an Outbound SDR selling marketing or GTM tools - Demonstrated ability to research prospects and customize outreach at scale - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Embrace an iterative, experiment-driven mindset and comfortable with fast failures - Interest or curiosity in AI GTM tools - Capability to work collaboratively across functions such as Product, Marketing, and Customer Success - Enterprise experience is beneficial but not mandatory - Comfortable operating in a dynamic, early-stage environment Additional Company Details: Breakout offers you the opportunity to: - Work closely with the founder on strategy, messaging, and closing deals - Take ownership of the entire outbound engine without hand-offs or silos - Progress towards closing and managing accounts as you demonstrate impact - Receive equity in a rapidly growing AI startup targeting the US market - Establish the foundation for Breakout's future sales team Join Breakout if you are enthusiastic about selling AI solutions to US revenue leaders and are eager to establish the sales function from the ground up.,
