Role Overview

As part of the Founder’s Office, you’ll work directly with the CEO to drive strategic, operational, andcross-functional initiatives. You’ll act as a bridge between leadership and teams, ensuring plans areexecuted efficiently, deadlines are met, and new ideas are brought to life. This is a high-impact rolefor someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and wants afront-row seat in building a growing lifestyle brand.

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with the Founder/CEO on business planning, execution, and daily operations.
Drive strategic projects across retail expansion, marketing, HR, and supply chain.
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and prepare data-driven insights.
Track key business KPIs and present performance dashboards.
Coordinate inter-departmental communication to ensure timely project delivery.
Support in preparing presentations, reports, and investor documents.

Desired Profile

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, Economics, or related fields.
1–4 years of experience in founder’s office, consulting, or strategy/operations roles (internship

experience acceptable for junior profiles).

Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable with multitasking.
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and project tracking tools (Notion, Asana, etc.).
A creative and entrepreneurial mindset.
