Job Description AntBox is seeking a Finance Associate / Accountant to manage and strengthen our financial operations. This role involves end-to-end ownership of accounting, compliance, and financial planning processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across all reporting and filings. You will play a key role in maintaining financial discipline, preparing insights for decision-making, and supporting investor and audit requirements in a growing startup environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day accounting operations, cash flows, and forecasts. Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely reconciliations. Prepare reports, budgets, and track performance against projections. Draft financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) for internal and investor reporting. Handle GST, Income Tax, and TDS compliances end-to-end, including timely filings. Support statutory and internal audits by preparing required data and documentation. Create financial projections, estimations, and product costing & pricing models. Provide actionable financial insights and recommendations to the leadership team. Strengthen financial processes and internal controls for efficiency and accuracy. Qualification & Experience: CA (preferred)/ CA Intermediate / CMA / CFA Level 1, CFA Level 2 / MBA (Finance) / M.Com with 2+ years of experience (startup experience a plus). Strong grasp of taxation laws, compliance frameworks, and reporting standards. Proficiency in Advanced Excel. Skills We Value: High attention to detail, accuracy, and ethical financial judgment.
