This is a high-ownership role where you’ll work directly with the founders on strategy, operations, finance, hiring, and business growth - taking charge of critical non-tech areas that keep the company moving forward. If you enjoy switching between big-picture strategy and hands-on execution, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the founders to drive strategic and operational initiatives across departments.
• Coordinate and execute projects across business, people, finance, and operations.
• Prepare reports, decks, and insights for internal reviews, investors, and key stakeholders.
• Conduct market research, benchmarking, and business analysis to support decision-making.
• Strengthen internal processes, documentation, and cross-team communication.
• Manage special projects end-to-end from planning to execution.

Qualification & Experience:

• Any graduate or postgraduate (B.Tech, BBA, B.Com, MBA, or equivalent).
• 0–2 years of experience in operations, business strategy, HR, finance coordination, or other non-tech functions relevant to a Founder's Office role.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, Google Suite, PowerPoint, and business communication.
• Exceptional Communication and Interpersonal Skills 
• Exceptional Command over English
