Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our Founder's Office in our newly established Proptech venture. As a company with a rich history in Real Estate consulting spanning over 60 years, we are now expanding into the tech-enabled Proptech sector. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with the founder, gain valuable insights into the industry, and contribute to the early stages of a cutting-edge startup.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Research and Analysis:

    Conduct market research, gather data, and analyze industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to support strategic decision-making.
  • Business Development Support:

    Assist in identifying potential partners, clients, and investors, and contribute to developing proposals, presentations, and pitch decks.
  • Project Coordination:

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate project planning, implementation, and tracking of key milestones, ensuring efficient execution.
  • Technology Integration:

    Contribute to the exploration and evaluation of technology solutions, identify tools and platforms that enhance operational efficiency, and support the integration of tech-enabled processes.
  • Communication and Documentation:

    Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and professionalism.


Qualifications

  • Graduate in any field from a Tier 1 /Tier 2 college.
  • Minimum 1-2 years work experience in business analysis /strategy/ investments/ consulting/ operations.
  • Strong interest in real estate, Proptech, and a desire to learn about the sector
  • Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and provide meaningful insights.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a must
  • Excel Financial Modelling is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
