Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruiter / Talent Partner located in Gurgaon. The Recruiter / Talent Partner will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent. Day-to-day tasks include developing job descriptions, posting job openings, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to make strategic hiring decisions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in talent acquisition and recruiting
• Strong sourcing skills using various channels (e.g., social media, job boards, networking)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Experience in conducting interviews and evaluating candidates
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of compliance with local labor laws and regulations
