What you’ll do Performance & CRO Optimize Core Web Vitals (image/CDN strategy, code‑splitting, lazy loading). Execute CRO experiments (Liquid + JSON templates) for PDPs, bundles, and landing pages. Develop & Maintain Shopify Stores Refactor existing themes for speed and accessibility. Write clean, modular Liquid for dynamic content, metafields, multi‑locale, and A/B testing on PDPs, cart, and checkout to lift CVR and AOV. Tech Support & Troubleshooting Own QA for releases; debug theme/app conflicts; maintain clean codebase. Collaboration Work closely with a team of IITians, Artists, Ironman Athletes, and product folks to ship high‑impact features while most brands play safe. Participate in sprint planning; translate briefs into technical tasks and timelines. What you bring Proven Shopify development experience with D2C Brands Strong HTML/CSS/JS and JSON schemas . Familiarity with Shopify APIs and webhooks. Understanding of eCommerce best practices , SEO fundamentals, structured data, and accessibility. Clear communication, attention to detail, and a bias for shipping. Wants to join a Early Stage venture with strong traction, stellar team and a compelling vision.
