💰 Stipend + performance bonus (PPO potential)

🗓 Duration: 3–6 months · starting ASAP

📍 Location: Remote or from our Gurgaon office (it’s way more fun here)

What you'll be working on :

• Run the content calendar (IG, TikTok (yes tiktok), Shorts)
• Recruit & manage affiliates/influencers (outreach, briefs, links, payouts); Manage budgets upto 5000$/mo
• Manage US-Based UGC creators & brand collabs under tight timelines
• Spot trends, create content, and make sure our followers build trust with Dr.Water
• Track how content actually performs (clicks, shares, conversions)

You're a fit if

• You’ve done influencer/affiliate work at a brand or agency (or built your own hustle)
• You’re a social native, clear writer, and great with creators
• Fast, organized, and not scared of owning outcomes

What we expect from you

• You live on IG/TikTok and speak the language of biohacking, hydration, and healthy living
• You actually enjoy talking and building relations with creators, setting them up, and making collabs run smooth
• You know your way around Canva/CapCut and can push out clean stuff fast
• You like tracking how content performs, not just posting and forgetting
