Role Overview

You

Key Responsibilities

- Support influencer strategy and talent teams with research, creator shortlists, and platform analysis

- Assist in creator outreach, follow-ups, and coordination

- Help track campaign timelines, deliverables, and approvals across multiple projects

- Maintain and update influencer databases, trackers, and documentation

- Support the video team with shoot coordination, asset tracking, and content organisation

- Assist with basic performance reporting and post-campaign analysis

- Coordinate internally to ensure smooth handovers between strategy, talent, and content teams

Required Skills & Profile

- Strong interest in influencer marketing, digital content, and creator ecosystems

- Highly organised with strong attention to detail

- Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and deadlines

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a clear sense of ownership and accountability

- Proactive, dependable, and willing to take initiative
