Copy & Content Writer

Requirement

We’re looking for a creative and enthusiastic content writer, who’s articulate and can write compelling, clear and concise copy for various digital media (social media, ad copy, videos, blogs, newsletters, etc.). You will be required to be more than just a wordsmith; but also, a team-player; skilled curious and an imaginative writer, with an eye for detail.

Most importantly, our ideal candidate thinks in prose, writes like a lyricist, speaks with conviction, touches the soul, dreams in ink and paints those dreams with the written word.

Responsibilities

• Visualise and conceptualise content based on requirements and interpreting account & client content briefs to understand project requirements
• Manage timelines, ensure alignment across touchpoints, and remove bottlenecks in the creative process
• Contribute to shaping the tonality and identity of brands
• Writing engaging, interesting copy with a distinct voice
• Conducting thorough research and interviews to visualise and present ideas
• Liaising and collaborating across teams (client teams, designers, and other professionals) across
• varied projects to produce original, clear and credible ideas, messages, scripts etc.
• Working across teams to create storyboards and to build marketing projects and campaigns
• Editing, proof-reading and summarising copy to present and promote messages to various audiences and to serve varied business objectives

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of experience in content & copywriting
• Proficient in English and Hindi
• Experience in building content strategy for online mediaExcellent writing, editing and proof-reading skills
• Experience in content led SEO optimisations
• Critical thinker with strong research skills
• Experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments - preferably in advertising, media, or digital agencies
