About the Role

The Founders Office Finance role sits at the nerve center of the company. You will work directly with the founders and leadership team, shaping how decisions get made every day. This is not a back office role. This is where numbers meet reality. You will help convert chaos into clarity and growth into something scalable and durable.

This role is for someone who enjoys thinking, building, and owning. Someone who can move between spreadsheets and strategy without losing the plot.

What you will do

• Work directly with founders on financial planning, forecasting, and decision making
• Build and maintain financial models covering revenue, unit economics, cash flow, and runway
• Track business performance across growth, operations, and marketing with clear MIS reporting
• Monitor burn, margins, and efficiency and flag risks before they become problems
• Support fundraising, investor updates, and data rooms
• Analyze new initiatives, pricing, partnerships, and expansion plans
• Coordinate with operations, growth, and supply chain teams to align numbers with execution
• Set up basic financial controls and work with external accountants and compliance partners
• Take ownership of ad hoc strategic projects that matter to the founders right now

What we are looking for

• 1 to 4 years of experience in finance, strategy, consulting, startups, or founders office roles
• Strong fundamentals in finance, accounting, and business analysis
• Previous E-Commerce and D2C experience
• Ability to think clearly in ambiguity and move fast without breaking things
• Sharp communication skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas
• High ownership mindset and comfort working directly with leadership
