Role Overview

Founder’s Office Generalist

This is a high-trust, high-impact role built for someone who wants to grow into a senior leadership position.

What You’ll Drive

• Own and execute high-priority founder-led projects end-to-end.
• Support GTM initiatives: research, outreach, content, partnerships.
• Work with product & engineering to coordinate launches, timelines, and cross-functional execution.
• Manage hiring sprints: screening, coordination, candidate experience.
• Build dashboards, processes, and documentation to reduce founder load.
• Conduct deep research (market, competitive, customer intelligence).
• Represent founders in meetings, notes, follow-ups, and execution loops.
• Operate as the first responder for “0 → 1” problems across the company.

What We’re Looking For

• 3-5 years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, PMO, early-stage startup roles, or founder/entrepreneur experience.
• Strong problem-solving, clarity, and execution-first mindset.
• Exceptional written & verbal communication.
• Ability to work in ambiguity and create structure from scratch.
• Fast learner, high hunger, no ego, extreme ownership.
• Interest in cybersecurity, SaaS, or DevTools is a plus.
