At NUPI, we design and run multi-brand loyalty programs & CRM tech solutions that empower some of the world’s leading brands to acquire, engage, and retain customers across online and offline channels.

We are now inviting graduates (only) to join us as Founder’s Office Interns (in-office). This internship is a unique opportunity to work directly with the Executive Chairman & Leadership Team, gaining first-hand exposure to high-level strategy, product innovation, partnerships, and business operations. You’ll be part of the inner circle where decisions are shaped, products are built, and growth opportunities are explored.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Leadership team on new intrapreneurial opportunities. Your primary goal is to help the Executive Chairman, and thus, the organization be more effective. In doing so, you will play a number of roles “as an air traffic controller for the leader and the senior team; as an integrator connecting work streams that would otherwise remain siloed; as a communicator linking the leadership team and the broader organization. This includes but is not limited to preparing and reviewing material for internal and external priorities, maintaining operational rhythms, moving agendas forward and anticipating and working through risks, as well as drafting well-articulated communications, often under significant time pressure. This is a demanding role.
  • Help incubate/ refine and run essential systems and processes for the company and the Chairman, such as all-hands and leadership meetings, preparation of material for board meetings and internal and external communications. Support the fostering of the organizational culture and recruitment efforts. Sense and implement opportunities for process improvements across functions.
  • Identify, strategize and co-develop best-in-class product solutions and business growth levers.
  • Shape product and business by building powerful and lasting partnerships that offer brands and merchants innovative ways to grow. Be a part of building out new products, fast experiments, industry and competitor research.
  • Liaison with the Product team to launch new innovative Payment methods for customers that throttle customer delight. Work Closely with the Product team, to organize and align strategic priorities on cross- functional projects like Product builds, act as a gatekeeper of tasks that can be resolved without direct involvement of Chairman.
  • Developing financial models along with approaches for continued improvement in efficiency and effectiveness. Creation of Executive & Investor presentations and dashboards. Creation of sophisticated data models.
  • Developing market knowledge and ecosystem know-how for future product requirements and business drivers. Monitoring and reporting of key success metrics. Identifying technical issues and gaps faced by existing and new customers via market studies and data analytics.
  • Drive key relationships and Business Development with the leadership team and interface with other teams like Product, Marketing, Analytics, Finance & Ops to drive win-win-win engagements.
  • Create a knowledge pool and participate in leadership discussion for product improvements and modifications. Solution new products in Loyalty and Payments with leadership team. Create a systematic, process-driven approach to identify and source new partnerships opportunities.

Skills and Qualifications

Graduate or Masters degree in any stream

general management, project management, research, or strategy

·        Possess the capacity to remain focused on the task at hand as well as multi-tasking.

·        Have a strong sense of ownership for assigned tasks and a willingness to go the extra mile.

·        Self-directed, resourceful, and comfortable with operating in ambiguity.

·        Advanced experience with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, Scrum and Analytics tools.

·        Have high energy levels, self-motivated, positive attitude.
