Overview:

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define product requirements and user stories.
• Conduct user research, gather feedback, and analyze user behavior to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and data-driven insights.
• Maintain design consistency and standards across the platform, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in product design and user experience.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience/internships/projects done as a Product Designer or similar role
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and explain design decisions to stakeholders.
• Knowledge in graphic designing.
• Ability to work in an Agile environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A portfolio showcasing your design work and process, including examples of wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.
• Experience designing for mobile platforms (iOS and Android).
• Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
• Experience with A/B testing and data analysis tools.
