Role Description

We are seeking a Product Designer for a full-time remote role. The Product Designer will work on creating intuitive, user-focused designs for our digital tools, applying design thinking methodologies to improve user experiences. The role involves conducting user research, developing visual designs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to design solutions that align with both user and business needs. This role is integral to crafting innovative products that advance Vinda’s mission.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Visual Design and Product Design
• Proficiency in Design Thinking principles and their practical application
• Experience with User Research and UX Research methodologies
• Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication skills and remote collaboration practices
• Familiarity with agricultural technologies or sustainability practices is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
