Founding Designer

What You’ll Do

• Design key product experiences from wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes.
• Build and maintain the 

  design system, style guide, and motion identity

  .
• Collaborate closely with engineering for seamless handoff and implementation.
• Contribute to creative direction, branding, and storytelling.
• Work with 

  AI-powered tools and prototyping platforms

   (Figma, Framer, Rive, Lottie, etc.).

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in 

  UI/UX or Product Design

   (internship or full-time).
• A 

  strong portfolio

   that shows clear thinking, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Curiosity for new tools, AI workflows, and generative design methods.
• A 

  builder mindset

   — proactive, curious, and willing to learn fast.
• Passion for turning complex ideas into elegant, human experiences.
