🛠 What You’ll Actually Do (real work, not shadowing)


Growth, GTM, and Revenue Ops


1) Build the Machine (Ops + Automations)


  • Set up/improve CMS workflows (publishing, templates, conversion paths, tracking)
  • Maintain CRM hygiene (fields, stages, logging discipline, dedupe)
  • Use AI tools (Cursor/LLMs/Replit/no-code) to

    vibe code

    internal utilities (lead research helpers, enrichment workflows, QA scripts, reporting automations)



2) The Hustle (Sales + Demand Gen)


  • Build ICP-based target account + lead lists (clean, structured, usable)
  • Run outbound sprints across email/LinkedIn/calls + follow-ups + iteration
  • Yes:

    cold calling is part of this role

    (you’ll be coached; you must be willing)



3) The Narrative (Content + Marketing)


  • Ship content across formats: posts, blog outlines, landing page sections, case study scaffolds, email sequences, sales collateral
  • Turn founder/customer insights into distribution-ready assets



4) The Glue (Customer Success)


  • Talk to early users, unblock them, capture feedback, and convert it into action items
  • Close the loop with product + GTM (don’t just “take notes”)



5) Revenue Operations


  • Find funnel bottlenecks and fix what you can: process, tooling, messaging, data quality
  • Build weekly operating rhythm: experiment logs, pipeline notes, outcomes
  • Set up and enhance demo environments and scenarios
  • Review call recordings to iterate on our playbook
