Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking a high‑ownership Founder’s Office Associate to work closely with the founders across business operations, client management, and execution. This role requires strong communication skills, business & tech understanding, and the ability to manage teams and projects in a fast‑paced startup environment.


Key Responsibilities

1 Team Management & Coordination

  • Manage and coordinate cross‑functional teams (tech, product, business)
  • Ensure clear task ownership, priorities, and accountability
  • Track team performance, resolve blockers, and drive smooth execution
  • Act as a bridge between founders and execution teams

2 Client & Requirement Management

  • Understand client requirements, business logic, and technical scope
  • Translate client needs into clear execution plans for internal teams
  • Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication

3 Leads, Sales & Client Communication

  • Handle inbound and outbound leads
  • Take client calls, qualify requirements, and close deals
  • Manage end‑to‑end sales conversations and follow‑ups

4 Workload & Project Management

  • Plan and manage project workload across multiple teams
  • Allocate resources based on priority, timelines, and capacity
  • Monitor project progress, deadlines, and deliverables
  • Ensure on‑time execution while maintaining quality standards

5 Meetings & Documentation

  • Schedule and manage internal and client meetings
  • Maintain clear documentation for projects, clients, and processes

6 Founder Support

  • Support founders in day‑to‑day execution and decision‑making
  • Handle ad‑hoc responsibilities critical to business growth
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good understanding of technology and business fundamentals
  • Experience or aptitude in sales, lead management, and client handling
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • High ownership mindset and problem‑solving ability
Compensation & Benefits
  • Fixed monthly pay
  • Performance-based pay per project
  • ESOPs / Equity (based on performance and tenure)
Work Mode
  • In‑person role (Hyderabad-based)
