Role Overview: Founder’s Office Associate

We are looking for a high-ownership, fast-learning individual to work directly with the Founder and Leadership team across both Pixel Media and PMSOM.

This is a high-exposure, multi-disciplinary role designed for someone who wants to learn by doing. It offers real-time insight into how businesses are built and scaled from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Founder with daily execution tasks, business priorities, and team coordination
• Track and consolidate progress across Sales, HR, Finance, Operations, Marketing, and PMSOM
• Prepare structured reports, hiring trackers, client decks, and internal updates
• Support PMSOM vertical with student/mentor coordination, lead tracking, and curriculum planning
• Maintain accountability dashboards, calendars, and ensure timely follow-ups
• Participate in all founder meetings, take live notes, and drive post-meeting execution

Candidate Profile

• A recent graduate or fresher with high aptitude and a strong desire to learn
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Comfortable with Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Drive), Excel, Gmail, and WhatsApp Web
• Highly organized, responsive, detail-oriented, and action-driven
• Interested in startups, marketing, education, or business building
• Capable of working under pressure, with minimal supervision, and handling ambiguity
