Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Founder on strategic and operational initiatives across business, marketing, supply chain, and product.
• Analyze business performance metrics (sales, purchase orders, customer behavior, marketing ROI) and generate actionable insights.
• Build dashboards, reports, and models to support decision-making.
• Drive execution of cross-functional projects and track key deliverables.
• Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and new business opportunity analysis.
• Prepare presentations, investor updates, and strategic documents.
• Act as a problem-solver and project manager for high-priority initiatives.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in consulting, analytics, business operations, or a fast-paced startup (preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; SQL/Python/Power BI is a plus.
• Ability to translate data into clear insights and business recommendations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-changing environment.
